January 24th, Dinner & Afternoon Snack

Afternoon Snack: 4 tbps peanut butter & 1 cup of milk


Dinner:
3 cups homemade split pea soup
1 cup homemade kombucha


January 24th, Morning "snack"

I didn't "mean" to have a morning snack, but I did : /

1/2 cupish animal crackers

January 24th, Lunch

3 cups spring mix
1 cup homemade chili
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup shredded cheddar
1 ounce avocado

Coffee (same as breakfast)

January 24th, Breakfast

1/4 cup raw walnuts
1/2 medium banana
1/2 cup home made plain whole milk yogurt
cinnamon
5 drops pure vanilla extract

12 ounces coffee
1/4 cup milk
10 drops stevia
10 drops vanilla
